1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or placing an order on oxygenceuticals.com.hk ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Store.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Store. The Store is operated by Medii Technology HK, the exclusive authorised distributor of OxygenCeuticals skincare products in Hong Kong.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from this Store, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be located in Hong Kong (the Store ships to Hong Kong addresses only at this time)
  • Provide accurate and complete purchase and contact information

By placing an order, you represent that you meet the above criteria.

3. Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and ingredient information displayed on the Store are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colour, texture, and packaging may vary slightly.
  • Product formulations may be updated by the manufacturer (COIZ Co. Ltd, Seoul, Republic of Korea) from time to time. We will update descriptions as promptly as practicable after receiving notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per customer for any product.

All products sold on the Store are cosmetic products. They are not medicines or therapeutic goods. They are intended for external cosmetic use only, in accordance with the instructions provided.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of any applicable charges, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept payment by:

  • Credit and debit card
  • AlipayHK
  • WeChat Pay HK
  • FPS (Faster Payment System)

Payment is taken in full at the time of placing an order. Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability. In the unlikely event that a confirmed item is out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day to offer a refund or alternative.

We are not responsible for fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with your purchase.

5. Orders and contract formation

An order placed on the Store constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability), in which case any payment taken will be fully refunded.

6. Shipping

Shipping is handled by SF Express (Hong Kong). Full details, including estimated delivery times, fees, and our free shipping threshold (orders over HKD $400), are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by SF Express or circumstances outside our control (including typhoon signal 8 or above, extreme weather, or public holidays).

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) are not affected.

8. Product use and skin reactions

All skincare products carry a risk of individual skin reactions. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately. Our products are cosmetics formulated for external use only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition or are under the care of a dermatologist or physician, consult your healthcare provider before use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including product images, descriptions, logos, the OxygenCeuticals brand name, and design elements, is the property of COIZ Co. Ltd or Medii Technology HK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Store without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable HK law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or the products purchased
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s)
  • We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or severe weather conditions

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by HK law.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We encourage customers to contact us directly at mediicosmetics@gmail.com before initiating any formal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 14 days of receiving written notice.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Store with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
