Shipping
Where do you deliver to?
We currently ship to Hong Kong addresses only, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and all outlying islands, at the same flat rate. We do not ship to mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, or international addresses at this time.
How much is shipping?
All Hong Kong orders are delivered via SF Express at a flat fee of HKD $30. Orders of HKD $400 or above ship free.
Where do products ship from?
Ships direct from Korea. See our Shipping Policy for details.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Within 14 days of delivery, unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging can be returned. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
What if I receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?
Email photos and your order number to elise.chan@medii.com.hk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Caution
- Check your skin condition before use and avoid applying on wounds, eczema or other irregular areas.
- Stop use immediately if redness, swelling, itching, irritation, white patches or abnormal skin tone occurs.
